Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 2 May 2026

The Greedy Sheep is committed to making our website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at AA level.

What we do to make this site accessible

  • Skip-to-content link as the first focusable element
  • Visible keyboard focus on all interactive elements
  • Honour prefers-reduced-motion for users who disable animation
  • Semantic landmarks (header, navigation, main, footer)
  • Form fields with visible labels and error messages
  • Alternative text on meaningful images
  • Sufficient colour contrast on body copy and buttons
  • Touch targets sized for mobile use (minimum 44 x 44 CSS pixels)

Known limitations

We are continually improving accessibility. Some third-party embeds (Google Maps, Vimeo background video, Deliveroo) are served by external providers and may not fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA. Where this is the case we provide alternative ways to access the same information - for example our address, phone number, and menu are all available as plain text on the site.

In the UK, the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) is responsible for enforcing the Equality Act 2010. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the EHRC.
